Aug 3 - Paddy's Market (2)

Today we went to the China Town and Paddy's Market in Sydney. They're not far away from our school, so we walked there.

Along the sides of the road, there were a lot of different buildings with different designs and colours. I think it is one of the different things between Hong Kong and Sydney. There are a lot of buildings in Hong Kong but most of them are in the same pattern and design. However, there are a lot of buildings with different designs in Sydney Also, some of them are very vintage like they're some historic architectures.

When we arrived in China Town, we walked around there. I think going to China Towns in different countries is very interesting as we can see Hong Kong and Chinese food there and we can try if they taste like those we eat in Hong Kong or China. The China Town in Sydney was quite big, and there were a lot of restaurants and shops which served Chinese cuisines. We tried some of them and their tastes were surprisingly delicious, even out of my expectations!

After that,we went to the Paddy's Market and it was like the Ladies Street in Hong Kong. There were a lot of cheap goods for us to buy like clothes, handbags and souvenirs. Compared to those shops in the malls, they were very very cheap but the goods were quite good. I really appreciated it.
